Most voice actors would say they try to bring a sense of authenticity to their work. As an actor, playwright, and longtime broadcast journalist, that means drawing on years of observing people in many circumstances and bringing that knowledge and sensitivity to my acting. My background as an advertising copywriter for a major ad agency gives me an extra advantage in how I interpret copy and highlight product benefits. My goal as a voice actor is to connect with the listener by capturing the essence of real people.
